SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped from our warehouse. Typically the shipping takes 2-5 business days (depending on what country we need to send your order to), orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Please note that once proof of delivery is linked to a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are borne by the courier. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns

Orders can be returned for free within 14 days of the order being received. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of delivery. You can contact info@avanceswear.com to initiate your return.

Returns are processed within 14 business days of arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.

Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days of the order being received. In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabelled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 14 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders and your item can only be exchanged for a different size. We ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order for international exchanges. You can contact info@avanceswear.com to initiate your return/exchange.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at the time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.

Pre-Order Policy

At Avanceswear, some of our products are available on a pre-order basis. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock but will be produced or reserved specifically for you.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

  • Pre-order items typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

  • This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production schedules, supply chain factors, or shipping delays beyond our control.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

  • This secures your item and ensures it will be shipped to you once available.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each item is produced or reserved for you.

  • Refunds are only available in cases of product defects or if we are unable to fulfill your order.

5. Combined Orders

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

6. Updates

We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your pre-order, including delays or shipping updates.

7. Agreement

By placing a pre-order with Avanceswear, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.
